Each year, the SSI staff, Training Centers, and Pros eagerly anticipate the Master Diver Challenge. It serves as an effective means to promote the diverse array of SSI certification programs. Additionally, it cultivates a community of passionate, lifelong SSI divers.

The ‘Master Diver’ Challenge
The grand prize for gaining your SSI Master Diver certification in 2024 is an extraordinary trip for two aboard the Turks & Caicos Aggressor II Liveaboard
Divers can participate in the Master Diver Challenge by attaining their ‘SSI Master Diver‘ certification in 2024.
This is accomplished by logging 50 dives and completing five SSI specialty courses. One of those specialites must be the ‘SSI Diver Stress and Rescue‘ course.
Those who attain the SSI Master Diver rating in 2024 will also be entered into the draw for the Grand Prize – a dreamy liveaboard diving holiday on board Aggressor Liveaboards!
The ‘Advanced Open Water Diver’ Challenge
The Grand Prize is an enchanting dive vacation for two in Grenada!
Participants in the SSI ‘Advanced Open Water Diver Challenge’ can enter by earning their SSI Advanced Open Water Diver certification in 2024.
They must log 24 dives, and complete four SSI specialty courses.
Those achieving the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver certification in 2024 will automatically be entered for the Challenge. The grand prize: an unforgettable diving holiday with Aquanauts Grenada and True Blue Bay Boutique Resort!
The SSI ‘Specialty Diver Challenge’
A chance to win a captivating dive vacation for two in the Florida Keys!
Divers can join the SSI Specialty Diver Challenge by earning their SSI Specialty Diver certification in 2024. This involves logged 12 dives and the completion of two SSI specialty courses.
Those who achieve the SSI Specialty Diver certification in 2024 will automatically enter the draw for the Specialty Diver Challenge Prize. An enticing dive vacation with Key Dives and Bud’s & Mary’s!
Take the SSI Challenge!
SSI will randomly select three winners for the dive vacations based on the diver’s level of achievement. Accordingly, one at the Master Diver level, one at Advanced Open Water Diver level, and another at Specialty Diver level.
Naturally, divers who achieve certifications in 2024 at multiple levels will have additional chances to win!
